1. Services Provided
Types of Services: Maid N’ Clean offers various cleaning solutions, such as residential and commercial cleaning, along with specialized options as discussed and confirmed during booking.
Service Quality Assurance: We strive to deliver high-quality results. However, factors outside our control may limit our ability to remove all stains or completely eliminate allergens.

2. Booking, Quotes, and Payments
Scheduling Services: When booking with us, you must provide accurate details regarding cleaning requirements, property size, and any specific needs. This information helps us provide an initial service estimate. You can schedule via our website, mobile app, or by contacting customer service.
Service Estimates: The initial quote is based on details provided but may vary depending on actual property conditions or any additional services requested.
Payment Process: Payments are due at the time of service completion unless agreed otherwise. We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Please ensure that your payment method has sufficient funds.
Changes and Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Additional Costs: If extra services or unforeseen circumstances arise during cleaning that require more time or resources, additional fees may apply. We will discuss these costs with you before proceeding.

3. Non-Solicitation of Staff
Maid N’ Clean invests time and resources in hiring, training, and retaining employees and contractors. By using our services, you agree not to directly or indirectly solicit any Maid N’ Clean team member for independent services outside of Maid N’ Clean’s offerings. Thank you for respecting this policy.

4. Access to Property and Security
Property Access: It is your responsibility to ensure that our team has access to the property at the agreed service time. Failure to provide access may result in a service charge.
Personal Property Liability: While we exercise caution, Maid N’ Clean is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal property unless caused by gross negligence on our part.

5. Insurance and Liability
Insurance Coverage: Maid N’ Clean carries liability insurance to cover any potential damages caused during service.
Damage Claims: If any damage occurs, please report it within 24 hours after service. We will assess the claim and, if necessary, arrange for repair or replacement, limited by our insurance policy coverage.

6. Health and Safety Requirements
Health Concerns: To ensure the safety of our team, please inform us of any health hazards, allergies, or infectious concerns within your property.
Safety Risks: Maid N’ Clean reserves the right to refuse or discontinue cleaning in any area or property deemed unsafe.

7. Website Use and Prohibited Conduct
The Maid N’ Clean website is intended solely for booking services and accessing related information. By using our site, you agree to refrain from any activities that could compromise its security or functionality. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain access to restricted areas of our site or server.
  • Automated Data Collection: Using bots or other tools to extract data from our website without permission.
  • Intellectual Property Violations: Reproducing, distributing, or modifying website content without prior consent.
  • Cybersecurity Threats: Engaging in activities such as hacking, uploading malware, or disrupting service functionality.
  • Posting Inappropriate Content: Sharing defamatory, harmful, or unlawful content.
    Violation of these terms may result in termination of access and, if necessary, legal action.
 

8. Termination of Services
Customer-Initiated Termination: You may discontinue services at any time with notice. Any outstanding balances must be paid upon termination.
Company-Initiated Termination: Maid N’ Clean reserves the right to discontinue services if there are risks to our staff’s safety or well-being.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality
We are committed to respecting your privacy. All personal information is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with your consent.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes shall be resolved under these laws.

11. Revisions to Terms
Maid N’ Clean may update these Terms periodically. Any significant changes will be communicated, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of revised Terms.
